OPTION A - XTREAM CODES API (RECOMMENDED)

This is the best method for Apple devices - faster loading, better EPG, and more reliable.

1. 1Look for the option to add a new playlist: — iPhone/iPad: Tap the '+' icon or 'Add Playlist' button — Apple TV: Navigate to 'Add Playlist' or 'Settings'

1. 1Select 'Xtream Codes API' or 'Xtream Login' — Some apps call it 'Add Xtream Account' or 'API Login' — Do NOT select M3U unless that's all you have

1. 1Carefully enter your credentials:

• Provided in your welcome email
• Must start with http:// or https://
• Example: http://yourserver.com:80
• Some servers need :80 at the end
• Type it EXACTLY as provided - no extra spaces

� USERNAME

• Case-sensitive (ABC ≠ abc)
• No spaces before or after
• Type manually - avoid copy/paste

� PASSWORD

• Also case-sensitive
• Type carefully, verify each character
• Manual typing prevents hidden character errors

� PLAYLIST NAME

• Your choice - name it anything
• Examples: "My TV", "Home TV", "Channels"

OPTION B - M3U PLAYLIST URL

If your provider gave you an M3U link instead:

1. 1Paste your M3U URL — Long URL ending in .m3u or containing m3u_plus — No spaces at start or end — Example: http://server.com/get.php?username=abc&password=123&type=m3u

• Make sure you're using the correct login method (Xtream vs M3U)
• Verify your subscription is active (check confirmation email)

EPG (Electronic Program Guide) shows you:

HOW TO REFRESH EPG

• Automatic HDR can cause issues with some channels

EPG TROUBLESHOOTING

⏰ Problem: EPG shows wrong times → Solution: Check device date/time settings

• iPhone/iPad: Settings → General → Date & Time → Set Automatically

🔄 Problem: EPG not loading → Solution: Make sure you used Xtream Codes (not M3U) in Step 3 → M3U playlists often have limited or no EPG data → Xtream Codes provides full, detailed EPG

⏳ Problem: Taking too long → Solution: Be patient - first load can take 10+ minutes → Check your internet connection is stable → Don't close the app while downloading

📡 EPG DATA COVERAGE:

• Usually covers 3-7 days of programming
• Major channels (sports, news, movies) have the most complete data
• Some smaller channels may not have EPG - this is normal
• Scroll forward in the guide to see upcoming programs
