OPTION A - XTREAM CODES API (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)

This is the BEST method for Formuler boxes - fastest loading, full EPG, and includes VOD/Series.

1. 1In MyTVOnline, press the Menu button on your remote — Or look for Settings/Menu icon on screen

1. 1Navigate to 'Content Sources' or 'Connections' — Different MyTVOnline versions may use different names — Look for section about adding content

• Take your time - typos cause connection failures
• Use the number pad for numbers (faster)
• Switch between lowercase/uppercase/numbers as needed
• Formuler remote has good keyboard layout

• ✗Forgetting http:// at the start
• ✗Mixing up uppercase and lowercase letters
• ✗Adding spaces before/after credentials
• ✗Closing the app while loading

• 99% of the time it's a typo - recheck everything
• Make sure you're using Xtream Codes (not M3U) if available
• Verify your subscription is active (check email)
• Try entering credentials again slowly
• Contact support if you're absolutely certain everything is correct

HOW TO CHECK & REFRESH EPG

REFRESHING EPG MANUALLY

GOOD NEWS - AUTO-UPDATE

• EPG refreshes automatically every 24 hours
• You only need to do this setup once

FORMULER EPG OPTIMIZATION TIPS

SET CORRECT DATE/TIME

• Settings → General → Date & Time
• Set to 'Automatic' or 'Use Network Time'
• Correct timezone is CRUCIAL
• Wrong time = EPG shows wrong schedule times

� USE ETHERNET CONNECTION

• Connect Formuler box to router with Ethernet cable
• MUCH faster EPG downloads
• More stable 4K streaming
• Settings → Network → Wired Connection
• Highly recommended over Wi-Fi!

📊 EPG DATA COVERAGE:

• Xtream Codes typically provides 3-7 days of EPG
• Major channels (sports, movies, news) have best coverage
• Some smaller channels may not have EPG - this is normal
• You can scroll forward to see upcoming programs

EPG TROUBLESHOOTING

⏰ Problem: EPG shows wrong times → Solution: Fix date/time settings → Settings → General → Date & Time → Automatic → Verify timezone matches your location

🔄 Problem: EPG not loading at all → Solution: Make sure you used Xtream Codes (not M3U) → M3U often has limited or no EPG data → Xtream Codes provides full, detailed EPG

⏳ Problem: Taking too long → Solution: Be patient - first load can take 10-15 minutes → Use Ethernet cable for faster download → Don't close app while EPG is downloading

📺 Problem: Some channels have EPG, others don't → Solution: Completely normal! → Not all channels provide program guide data → Major/popular channels almost always have EPG

🔧 EPG CORRUPTED OR WEIRD DATA?

• Settings → Application → MyTVOnline → Clear Cache
• Don't clear Data (you'll lose your settings)
• Restart MyTVOnline
• Refresh EPG again
