1. 1Look for the option to add a new playlist: — Tap '+' icon, 'Add Playlist', or 'Add New' — Usually on the main screen or in settings

HOW TO REFRESH EPG

EPG TROUBLESHOOTING

⏰ Problem: EPG shows wrong times → Solution: Fix TV date/time settings to automatic → Settings → System → Date & Time → Automatic

🔄 Problem: EPG not loading at all → Solution: Make sure you used Xtream Codes (not M3U) → Xtream provides full EPG, M3U often has limited/no EPG

⏳ Problem: Taking forever to load → Solution: Smart TVs are slower — wait full 15 minutes on first load → Use Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi → Close all other apps running on TV

📺 Problem: Some channels have EPG, others don't → Solution: Completely normal! Not all channels provide guide data. → Major channels (sports, news, movies) always have full EPG.

🔧 EPG CORRUPTED?

• Settings → Apps → Hot Player → Clear Cache
• Don't clear Data (you'll lose settings)
• Restart Hot Player
• Refresh EPG again
